Live broadcasts
I produce high quality live broadcasts for conferences, sports events, concerts, galas and training sessions. From planning to the finished result, with the whole video side in one pair of hands.
Over 1000 successful live broadcasts. Conferences, sports broadcasts, concerts, galas. I plan, communicate and take responsibility for the whole video side, start to finish.
Taking bookings for the new season
For the last couple of decades my working life has revolved around business, events and video. We started out as three guys with three cameras, built Babahh Media from scratch, grew it into the market leader and eventually made an exit. That span holds all kinds of fascinating projects, from live streams of babies' crawling races to producing a Eurosport broadcast that, catch-up viewing included, reached 82 million people. In between there have been countless concerts and sports events, and for example several years of Estonia's Independence Day galas, so the scale has run wall to wall.
I am no hundred-dollar bill, but I am definitely a people person. Life has shown that with the people I click with, I usually click for a long time. I like honest and direct relationships, clear agreements and collaborations that leave neither side wondering at the end: what was that? Ideally both walk away feeling it turned out even better than first agreed.
I have been behind the camera, at the client's side, in the project manager's seat, and in situations where you have to take the initiative and the responsibility, stay calm, think and solve the problem. What does the organiser see of all this? Hopefully just that everything works.
Since live events are extreme enough by nature, in my free time I prefer a calmer life with my wife, my daughter and my friends. Sport has long been part of my life too, and for years that has included both Thai boxing and basketball.
Work can be very important and it has to be done as well as it possibly can. Working hours, in turn, can be rather… creative. But quite honestly, outside work I value private life and privacy very highly, and I follow the same principle with my clients.
Best regards, Tom Liivrand

Our own servers, ticket sales, secure access and a lag-free picture for thousands of simultaneous viewers. No clumsy Zoom links, YouTube copyright blocks or unwanted ads. A professional, branded viewing experience entirely on your terms.

Even the best event in the world is wasted if the hall and the stream are empty. I help you build targeted digital marketing, ad campaigns (Google, Meta) and a ticket presale funnel for your event, bringing in real attendees and maximising ticket and sponsor revenue.
Peak season fills up quickly, so the earlier the better. That said, I have also stepped in at a couple of days' notice. Write to me and we will look at the dates together.
It depends on the scope: number of cameras, duration, location and platform. After a short call you get a clear quote, with no surprises and no hidden costs.
Yes. I bring the equipment and, where needed, the crew, and I take responsibility for the whole video side. You handle the event, I handle the screens.
Wherever your viewers are: YouTube, Facebook, your own website or a separate platform. Where needed we limit access with a ticket or a password.
Yes, every broadcast can come with a professional recording and catch-up viewing. For larger archives I build a dedicated video environment.
